It is always best to call your insurance company and verify coverage and prior authorization guidelines prior to your visit.  If we are not contracted with your insurance company, a phone call ahead of time could help us put the required paper work in place to give you the most affordable care possible.

If you are responsible for a portion of your bill, please contact the business office as soon as possible and an affordable payment plan can be set up for you.
